At Nexora Matrix, we offer digital products that are delivered electronically via email upon confirmation of payment.

No Refunds on Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This includes cases where:

  • The customer has accessed or downloaded the product
  • The product was delivered successfully via email
  • The product is no longer needed or purchased by mistake

Please make sure to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Cash App Payments

We currently accept payments only through Cash App Pay.

  • Customers are encouraged to use Cash App balance to avoid delays
  • Cash App does not support traditional refund disputes, so all purchases should be made intentionally

Delivery Confirmation

All products are delivered via email. Our system records the timestamp and delivery details for internal verification. If you believe you didn’t receive your product, please contact us at support@nexoramatrix.com within 24 hours of your order.
