Any changes in scope may result in additional cost or revised timelines
Delays caused by client-side feedback or missing information are not our responsibility

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final delivered work belongs to the client
NexoraMatrix retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our work is strictly prohibited

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility, conditions, and processing are governed separately under our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Clients are advised to review the Refund Policy before purchasing any service.

6. Limitation of Liability

NexoraMatrix shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete project requirements
Supply necessary content and materials on time
Respond to communications in a timely manner

Failure to do so may delay project delivery.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Fraudulent activity is detected
Abuse or misconduct occurs
Violation of these Terms is found
